Recently, the Ho Chi Minh City Investment and Trade Promotion Center (ITPC) in collaboration with the Ho Chi Minh City Mechanical and Electrical Enterprises Association organized the opening ceremony of the "Week of connecting trade and introducing products of mechanical, electrical and digital technology industries in 2025".
The event gathered more than 20 typical enterprises in the field of mechanics - electricity and digital technology, displaying many outstanding products: molds, production equipment, precision mechanics, industrial - civil electrical equipment, electric cables, digital solutions, energy and auxiliary industrial equipment, especially industrial products supporting the urban railway industry.
At the opening ceremony, Ms. Ho Thi Quyen, Deputy Director of ITPC, said that as the economic locomotive of the country, Ho Chi Minh City is always proactive in international integration, promoting digital transformation, developing green economy and circular economy. For the mechanical - machinery and equipment industry, the City is implementing many solutions to remove difficulties for businesses, while promoting the transformation of green - smart production models, associated with the application of digital technology and green export standards.
To promote digital transformation in enterprises, apply new technology to production, and aim for green production - green export, Ho Chi Minh City has issued many mechanisms and policies to support enterprises in model transformation, increase productivity, improve product quality, and increase localization rate.
With the message "Connection - Cooperation - Development", this year's Week is designed according to the 4.0 technology orientation, combining product display, demonstration and organization of specialized seminars.
