Previously, Tin Tuc and Dan Toc Newspaper reported on the situation of the road surface peeling off, sinking, creating deep holes, making it difficult for motorbikes and cars to move. When it rains, the road is often flooded like a pond, and on sunny days it is dusty, seriously affecting traffic safety and people's lives, especially students.
