At the 1st Conference of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City for the 2025-2030 term, 8 full-time Vice Chairmen and 6 part-time Vice Chairmen were elected; and the delegation of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Ho Chi Minh City was elected to attend the 1st Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front for the 2026-2031 term, including 30 official delegates as allocated by the Central Committee and 2 alternate delegates.
Mr. Nguyen Phuoc Loc, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, was re-elected as Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City for the 2025-2030 term.
The 1st Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front in Ho Chi Minh City took place over two days, November 29 and 30, with the theme "Promoting the strength of great national unity, joining hands and hearts to build Ho Chi Minh City for sustainable development in the new era, for the happiness of the people".
Accordingly, the 1st Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Ho Chi Minh City approved the Action Program for the 2025-2030 term. In particular, it emphasized that the new term identifies 3 general goals, 1 breakthrough, 2 focuses, 3 key points, 6 action programs...
The 1st Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front in Ho Chi Minh City organized to disseminate the speech of General Secretary To Lam at the 1st Congress of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and Central Mass Organizations, term 2025-2030; and contributed comments on the Draft Documents to be submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Party.
The plenary session of the 1st Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Ho Chi Minh City, term 2025-2030 will take place on November 30.
