When the incident was discovered, VNDirect sought support from leading experts to find solutions.
VNDirect is reviewing risks related to customer information and has not detected any risks. The company's leaders said that all customer rights will be guaranteed by the company. After the incident is resolved, VNDirect will have a policy to ensure additional customer rights, overcoming the consequences of days when transactions are not possible.
Mr. Long also said that the company is receiving a lot of support from market members, regulators, partners and other securities companies. Former employees of the company and other securities companies also sent personnel to support.
“We feel lucky because during difficult times, everyone supported each other for the common mission of the Vietnamese stock market,” VNDirect CEO emphasized.
