Opening of intensive business administration course

On August 3, the Center for Investment Promotion and Enterprise Support (Department of Planning and Investment) in collaboration with BrainMark Vietnam Joint Stock Company opened an intensive business administration course "Professional CEO - CEO for small and medium enterprises in Vinh Long province in 2024". The training course attracted 30 trainees who are leaders and middle managers of enterprises in the province, with the goal of supporting enterprises to become familiar with methods of building a modern, professional and effective management and organizational operation system; at the same time, providing methods and tools to establish business and management strategies suitable to reality.

During the 14-day course, students will learn about the portrait of a digital age CEO; the role of the CEO in human resource management; methods of strategy and operations; marketing applications; an overview of mergers and acquisitions, business consolidation, contracts, dispute resolution, intellectual property; sales management; an overview of finance, management accounting, etc.

Mr. Luong Trong Nghia - Deputy Director of the Department of Planning and Investment, said: "Recently, the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee have paid attention to the training and development of human resources for enterprises. This is one of the important goals in the province's plan to support and develop enterprises in the current period and the following years. Implementing the training support program to improve the quality of human resources for the management team at enterprises, up to now, we have organized 9 executive director classes, 7 business director classes, and 6 financial director classes. From there, it helps enterprises access knowledge and practical experience, apply them to work, contributing to improving capacity and efficiency in production and business activities".
