Opening of Intermediate Political Theory Class for Officials of Hua Phan Province (Laos)

Implementing the cooperation agreement between Thanh Hoa province and Hua Phan province (Lao PDR) for the period 2021-2025, on the morning of May 20, Thanh Hoa Provincial Political School opened the Intermediate Political Theory class for leaders and managers at the department level of Hua Phan province (course VI) - 2024.

Principal of Thanh Hoa Provincial Political School Luong Trong Thanh spoke at the opening ceremony.

The course will take place over a period of 6 months, with the participation of 45 international students, who are leaders and managers at the department level of Hua Phan province. The curriculum focuses on a number of basic issues including: Marxism-Leninism, Ho Chi Minh thought; history of the Communist Party of Vietnam ; guidelines and policies of the Party and State of Vietnam; building the Party, the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations of Vietnam; state administrative management; leadership and management skills; practices and experiences in local construction and development... Lecturers from Thanh Hoa Provincial Political School directly convey the topics.

Leaders of Thanh Hoa Provincial Political School and Hua Phan Provincial Political - Administrative School signed the minutes of handover and receipt of students.

At the end of the course, students will take the graduation exam and close in November 2024.
