The contest has the participation of groups of authors who are teachers teaching at vocational training institutions in the province, focusing on 04 topics including: Technology, computers and information technology, agriculture - forestry - fisheries, health.
Accordingly, there are 19 participating devices in the competition which are tools, models, parts of devices, complete devices, software and other technical means used in the training process; not violating copyright and industrial property.

The contest aims to promote the intelligence and creativity of teachers, students and pupils of vocational training institutions in making their own equipment, contributing to improving the quality of training. In addition, it is also an opportunity for teachers, students and pupils to exchange experiences in inventing and improving training equipment; create a movement of making their own training equipment in vocational training institutions; at the same time, select quality self-made training equipment to popularize and replicate in vocational training institutions.
The contest takes place on November 27 and 28, 2025.
