Practically celebrating the 133rd anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday and responding to the Young Doctors' Day following Uncle Ho's teachings, volunteering for community health in 2023, on the afternoon of May 19, in Hoang Dong ward, Duy Tien Town Youth Union coordinated with the Provincial Police Youth Union to organize a program of medical examination, health consultation, and medicine distribution for local people. Representatives of the Provincial Police, Duy Tien Town Party Committee, and Hoang Dong ward attended the program.
The program is accompanied by the following units: Tam An Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company, Dan Khe Duong Clinic, Duc Luong Concrete Company, An Cuong Furniture Company.
At the program, 200 residents of Hoang Dong ward were examined, provided health consultation and given free medicine. In addition, the units donated 5 bicycles and 5 gifts to disadvantaged students in Hoang Dong ward. The total cost of the program was nearly 100 million VND.
Through the program, it contributes to affirming the pioneering and core role of youth in carrying out volunteer activities for the community and ensuring social security.
