Following the traces of Vuong, the criminal police team gradually realizes many mysteries about the Cityboy group.

Director Nguyen Khai Anh - Deputy Director of the Television Drama Center (Vietnam Television) - affirmed that the film was invested in from content to script to aim for the best quality. He emphasized that the costumes, setting and content of the film were all invested in elaborately.
The representative of the screenwriter team of the movie Black Pharma said that the movie was invested in brainpower, special effects, actors and especially the movie's setting.
“The setting and details used in the film are invested in and are no different from a movie. This is a project that requires a lot of brainpower because the criminal police film is a very familiar motif, but what our team of writers needs to do is to incorporate meaningful messages to society,” he said.
He also revealed that the time to build the script for the film Black Medicine was up to two years and went through many changes. “The changes in the characters’ psychology and personalities were not to shock or attract audiences, but were the result of many meetings and consensus between the editing and scriptwriting teams, and resulted in the most reasonable results. At the same time, we also sent the script to experts for further review,” said the representative of the scriptwriting team.
Phuong, played by Hong Diem in Journey of Justice, received a lot of criticism for "betraying" her client.
In fact, this is not the first time that a prime-time drama has caused controversy when creating the image of a female character doing specific jobs such as a lawyer, prosecutor, etc. Previously, the drama Journey to Justice also made a similar mistake when creating the character of lawyer Phuong (Hong Diem). Because of her sympathy, Phuong violated the principles of a lawyer and "betrayed" her client.
Both films were introduced by the producers with the consultation and participation of experts during the filming process, but the films still revealed many shortcomings, especially in the development of character personalities. Screenwriter Trinh Thanh Nha believes that some screenwriters, and sometimes even directors, are weak in understanding real life and do not have enough understanding of social psychology, which makes the scripts they write illogical.
Films about specific professions such as police, soldiers, lawyers, doctors... are rare on Vietnamese screens, so when they are broadcast, audiences often have high expectations for these characters. Audience demand is increasing, the market has many choices of foreign films, Vietnamese feature film producers really need to change.
