Inauguration of the Cultural and Sports Facilities Area of Tam Quang Model Cultural Village

On the morning of August 28, the Steering Committee for the construction of a Model Cultural Village of Binh Xuyen district held the inauguration ceremony of the Cultural and Sports Facilities Area of the Model Cultural Village of Tam Quang Residential Group, Gia Khanh town.

The model cultural village of Tam Quang Residential Group, Gia Khanh town was chosen by the province as a point and held a launching ceremony on January 31, 2023 with a total investment of 15 billion VND from the state budget to build a new cultural house and playground; central yard, internal roads; trees, flower beds; parking lot, fence; toilets; electrical system, lightning protection, water supply and drainage designed synchronously for each project item and auxiliary items...

Up to now, the locality has invested in building a new cultural house with an area of 500m2; completed 1 volleyball court, 1 badminton court and invested in a park, flower garden and green trees with an area of about 600m2.

Regarding the implementation of specific policies to support people according to Resolution 06 of the Provincial People's Council, Tam Quang Residential Group has proposed to support 8/16 policies to support production garden models, production development; support loans for production development; planning, construction of socio -economic infrastructure, restoration, embellishment and promotion of the value of ranked relics, support for rearranging electric poles, low-voltage power lines, telecommunication cable bundles to ensure traffic safety and landscape of the Model Cultural Village.

Speaking at the inauguration ceremony , Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Pham Hoang Anh acknowledged and commended the positive leadership and direction of the implementation of Binh Xuyen district and Gia Khanh town, especially congratulating the Party Committee, government and people of Tam Quang Residential Group for having a spacious and modern cultural - sports facility to organize meetings, community activities , entertainment, and improve the level of cultural enjoyment.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee emphasized: The inauguration of the Cultural - Sports Facility is an important event in the cultural life of local people , but this is only the starting point in the process of building Tam Quang into a model Cultural Village.

In order to build a model Cultural Village that achieves the set goals and meanings , meeting the expectations of all classes of people, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Pham Hoang Anh requested Binh Xuyen district, Gia Khanh town and the people of Tam Quang residential group to raise their political determination even higher to organize the implementation of 14 criteria, associated with 16 policies in a synchronous, comprehensive, focused, key manner, ensuring substance and effectiveness, taking the people as the main subject according to the motto "People know, people discuss, people do, people supervise, people benefit", striving to complete the construction of a key Cultural Village as a project to welcome the Party Congresses at all levels for the new term.

Along with that, departments, branches, Fatherland Front, provincial organizations, district and commune People's Committees are responsible for guiding and supporting villages and residential groups to implement criteria associated with specific policies according to the Resolutions of the Provincial People's Council; helping people quickly access policies to develop the economy and increase income.

For newly inaugurated cultural institutions, there must be effective operating regulations and measures to monitor, manage, exploit and use them for the right purposes , contributing to the development of cultural, artistic, sports and health training movements of local people .

On this occasion, Provincial Party Secretary Hoang Thi Thuy Lan awarded 100 million VND to the people of Tam Quang Residential Group for their achievements in exceeding the progress of building the Model Cultural Village; presented gifts to the Scholarship Fund and presented gifts to students who are children of Tam Quang Residential Group with excellent academic achievements .

Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Duy Thanh and representatives of departments and branches presented books to the Tam Quang Residential Group library . Binh Xuyen District also awarded prizes to the Party Committee, Gia Khanh Town government and the people of Tam Quang Residential Group.

At the ceremony, delegates, together with local authorities and people, visited the cultural house, library, booths displaying agricultural and handicraft products, production garden models, opened a convenience store and installed a signboard to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the re-establishment of Binh Xuyen district.
