On April 25, the Departmentof Education and Training of Dien Bien province organized the 6th Conference on Advanced Models of the Education and Training Sector of Dien Bien province (2025-2030).

According to the assessment, over the past 5 years, with the spirit of patriotic emulation, the Education and Training sector of Dien Bien province has overcome all difficulties to complete the emulation goals and criteria of the province and the Ministry, such as: Infrastructure has been invested in the direction of standardization, gradually meeting the development requirements of society; the quality of cadres, teachers and employees has been improved; the rate of mobilizing students to attend classes every year has increased; the rate of transferring classes, levels, and passing exams to vocational schools and universities is higher year after year; maintaining and improving the quality of universal preschool education for 5-year-old children; achieving universal literacy standards at level 2; achieving universal primary education standards at level 3; achieving universal secondary education standards at level 3... Emulation movements and campaigns have been maintained and implemented well; many typical examples from favorable to difficult areas have been discovered, propagated and replicated.
Speaking at the conference, comrade Vu A Bang acknowledged and praised the achievements of the Education and Training sector of Dien Bien province in general and the cadres, teachers, students in particular. The Vice Chairman of the Dien Bien Provincial People's Committee also requested the Department of Education and Training to continue to innovate the content, form, and methods of organizing emulation movements, ensuring practicality and effectiveness for each cadre, teacher, employee, and student. Launch emulation movements associated with specific tasks of the sector, such as improving the quality of teaching and learning in difficult areas, promoting the application of information technology, and innovating educational management. Focus on timely, public, transparent, and substantive rewards, honoring collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements, many initiatives, and innovations in teaching, management, and learning. Strengthen propaganda and replication of advanced examples, good models, and creative ways of doing things, creating a spread and inspiration throughout the sector and society. The commended models continue to make efforts, strive, maintain the flame of enthusiasm, and contribute more to the education cause; Party committees at all levels, authorities, and departments and branches continue to create more favorable conditions for the development of the education and training sector...

At the conference, the Department of Education and Training of Dien Bien province also launched a patriotic emulation movement for the period 2025-2030 with the theme "Discipline, responsibility; innovation, creativity; streamlining, efficiency; acceleration, breakthrough and success".
Implementing the patriotic emulation movement of the industry in the period of 2020-2025, 15 collectives and 50 individuals with outstanding achievements were honored and rewarded by the Department of Education and Training of Dien Bien province.
