Recently, in communes in the district, the collection of people's opinions on the draft of the 14th Party Document has been seriously implemented by local Party committees and authorities.
During the Party cell meetings and conferences to collect opinions, the people focused on contributing to many important contents, such as: Contents related to the assessment of the socio -economic situation, Party building, national defense and security, ethnic affairs, development of remote areas, especially policies for ethnic minorities need to be studied by competent authorities, experience drawn, and then implemented in the next term closer to the actual situation.
Mr. Luong Van Xien, Na Cooc village, Boc Bo commune said: We contributed comments to the draft documents of the 14th Party Congress of the Party on a number of contents such as: The Party and the State need to continue to pay more attention to the lives of ethnic minorities in the highlands with specific, effective policies suitable for each region. Invest in expanding and upgrading inter-commune and inter-district roads so that people have the opportunity to bring agricultural and forestry products to large markets, facilitate trade, thereby focusing on developing agriculture and forestry in the direction of goods.
For Mr. Nguyen Dinh Su, Na Leng village, Boc Bo commune, he hopes that in the next term, after merging localities and with a new streamlined, efficient and effective operating apparatus, disadvantaged localities such as Pac Nam will continue to receive attention from the Party and the State to invest in synchronous construction of rural infrastructure. There are models and development projects in rural areas with sustainable connections, creating jobs for rural workers and increasing income. The planning is strategic and long-term to develop the potential of eco -tourism and resort tourism in places with beautiful natural scenery.
Through the district's synthesis, many opinions of the people expressed their expectations for a streamlined, clean, close-to-the-people leadership apparatus that listens to the people and acts for the people; at the same time, they hope that the Party will continue to promote the fight against corruption and administrative reform more strongly. Many opinions proposed the need for more specific policies to support agricultural development, improve the quality of education and health care in disadvantaged areas, improve the rural transportation system, expand job opportunities and support youth startups.

Through the opinions, they have contributed to perfecting and deepening some contents of the draft documents. The opinions are highly directional, suitable to the reality of the province and the locality, demonstrating the spirit of construction and expectation for a new development stage, towards the goal of building a country that develops quickly and sustainably./.
