Introducing and launching the book "History of Na Ri District Party Committee through congresses"

Na Ri district leaders presented the book "History of Na Ri district Party Committee through Congresses" to provincial leaders and delegates.

In order to summarize the development of the district Party Committee; clarify the leadership process of the Party Committee associated with the results of economic, cultural - social, national defense - security development, Party building, and political system building through the terms, the Executive Committee of the Na Ri District Party Committee, term XIX, term 2020-2025, has collected, compiled and published the book "Na Ri District Party Committee through the Congresses" (from Congress I to Congress XIX)".

The book has profound political significance, and is a set of documents demonstrating the wisdom, will and political determination of the Party Committee and the People of Na Ri district during 78 years of construction, fighting and growing up (from 1947 - 2025). The book reflects the formation and development process of the district Party Committee through the periods; synthesizes information about the district Party Congresses and the personnel of the district Party Committee Executive Committee through 19 Congress terms.

The book consists of 3 parts:

The introduction reflects the revolutionary movement in Na Ri from the time the Party took leadership and the work of building the Party organization in the district until before the establishment of the district Party Committee (1930 - 1947).

Part one reflects the process of establishing the Na Ri District Party Committee and the District Party Congresses during the resistance war against French colonialism and American imperialism (1947-1975).

Part two provides information about the Na Ri District Party Congresses during the period of building and defending the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, implementing the country's renewal policy (1975-2020). Information at each Congress includes a list of the Na Ri District Party Executive Committee elected at the Congresses and supplemented during the term, along with portraits of key positions such as: Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, Standing Committee of the People's Council, leaders of the District People's Committee, and members of the District Party Executive Committee.

Speaking at the meeting to introduce and launch the book, Comrade Phuong Thi Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council acknowledged and commended the efforts of the Na Ri District Party Committee in compiling the book; highly appreciated the positive contributions of the previous leaders of Na Ri District in particular, along with the Party Committee and people of all ethnic groups in the district in particular, and Bac Kan and Bac Thai provinces in the past in building an increasingly developed Party Committee. The book History of the District Party Committee through the Congresses is a vivid picture recording the 78-year historical journey of building and growing the District Party Committee.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council emphasized: In the current period, implementing the arrangement of the apparatus and administrative units at the provincial and communal levels, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and the District Party Committee focus on leading and directing the implementation of tasks; Party committees and authorities at all levels resolutely disburse capital for national target programs, focus on developing production, preventing natural disasters, storms and floods, eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses; proactively drafting documents for newly established commune-level Party Congresses; effectively managing and arranging district and communal-level records closely and scientifically .
