We are taking important steps in institutional reform, reorganizing the state administrative apparatus, merging provinces, consolidating administrative units to build a streamlined, effective and efficient administration; at the same time, we are also setting new requirements and new expectations for the team of journalists, thereby requiring the building of a professional, humane and modern provincial press.
Professional to keep up with the pace of technology and modern life. Humane to maintain identity, belief and human values in every behavior and article. Modern to overcome the challenges of digital media, social networks, and reach out more effectively to domestic and foreign audiences. Building a professional, humane and modern journalism means building a journalism with high professional qualifications, strong political will, good critical and creative capacity; but at the same time still maintaining professional ethics and humanity in every journalistic work.

The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee suggested: In the coming time, the press needs to focus on timely, accurate and objective reflection of current issues, creating social consensus, contributing to protecting the Party's ideological foundation, fighting against false and hostile information. Promote the work of promoting the image of the country and people of Lam Dong to domestic and international friends. Continuously think, innovate, create and launch new and attractive press products to attract and meet the increasing needs of society.
Continue to train and foster the team of journalists, improve their political capacity, professional qualifications, professional ethics and sense of social responsibility; resolutely and strictly handle cases of violations of journalistic ethics that affect the reputation of the industry. Further promote the role of social supervision and criticism, promptly detect shortcomings and violations in management and operation; at the same time, criticize policies in a responsible and constructive manner. Ensure the correct implementation of principles and purposes, and operate in accordance with the law; build a healthy press environment, fair competition, contributing to the development of professional, modern and humane journalism.
The introduction of the workshop by journalist Le Van Toa clearly stated: In the context of national digital transformation, deep international integration and the continuous development of multimedia communications, especially the recent revolution in reforming the Party apparatus and the State administrative apparatus, the press is facing great opportunities and challenges.
A modern press cannot lack the support of digital technology; however, technology is not the destination but the tool. In the digital media environment, the press needs to be steadfast in its professional ethics, protect human values, spread the truth and fight against false and negative information. Modern technology is only truly meaningful when it is guided by the spirit of humanity and social responsibility, when journalists know how to utilize technology to serve people and not be caught up in the negative side of "fast - shocking - strange".

Digital transformation, application of technology, especially artificial intelligence (AI), multimedia journalism and training a new generation of journalists - Experiences from Tuyen Quang, Lam Dong, Dak Nong show that: Technology is a powerful tool, but it is people – brave and creative journalists – who are the decisive factor.
