At the same time, propaganda work to raise awareness among ethnic minorities about the situation of early marriage and consanguineous marriage has been focused on and implemented in many forms. In particular, the district and grassroots youth organizations have been promoting their pioneering and creative roles, making an important contribution to propaganda, mobilization, prevention and limitation of early marriage and consanguineous marriage in ethnic minority areas in the area.

The forms of propaganda have been flexibly innovated such as: Dramatization, organizing forums, talking about topics at schools and residential areas... In particular, attracting students and young people to participate in the most are propaganda contests with rich and accessible content.

Activities are often carried out in areas where ethnic minorities live such as Suoi Cat Commune, Son Tan Commune, Cam Phuoc Tay Commune. Typically, recently, members of the Youth Union of A.Yersin Secondary School (Suoi Cat Commune) and Tran Quang Khai Secondary School (Cam Phuoc Tay Commune) actively participated in the 2024 Competition on Understanding Legal Knowledge on Early Marriage and Consanguineous Marriage organized by the district's functional departments in coordination with schools.
Mr. Nguyen Tan Hoang - Deputy Secretary of the Youth Union of Suoi Cat commune said that Suoi Cat commune has many ethnic minorities living there. Therefore, in addition to the propaganda activities organized in residential areas, the union members, youth and students of the commune also regularly participate in propaganda competitions on reducing the situation of early marriage and consanguineous marriage. Not only helping students improve their knowledge, but the union members and youth participating in the competitions will be the core elements in propagating legal knowledge on marriage, early marriage and consanguineous marriage in schools and villages.

With careful preparation and excellent competitive spirit, Cam Lam District Youth Union team won second prize. Through the competitions, the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws related to the Law on Marriage and Family, the consequences of early marriage and incestuous marriage, etc. have been conveyed. "In the coming time, Cam Lam youth will continue to promote the spirit of initiative, volunteerism, creativity, actively participate in propaganda activities,educate the law on marriage and family in ethnic minority areas; promote the construction of effective communication models, promote the role of union members and youth as core propagandists at the grassroots level, contributing to preventing and repelling the situation of early marriage and incestuous marriage in the district" - Mr. Luan shared.
