The contest had the participation of 6 candidates who were Political Committee assistants and Party cell secretaries from agencies and units under Warehouse K850.

The contest consists of 3 parts: Lecture preparation contest, political lecture practice contest and knowledge contest. The contest content focuses on politicaleducation topics. Contestants choose the content, prepare paper lectures and electronic lectures.

In the lecture preparation section, candidates prepared carefully, following the correct procedures and steps. The lecture was presented in a logical, creative and systematic manner, with reasonable time allocation for each section and item, updated with new data and information, knowing how to develop beyond the scope of the provided documents, citing practical evidence, making good connections and applications, and being suitable for each audience.

Regarding the content of teaching practice, candidates must have good pedagogical methods, style, and skills to communicate to learners in an attractive, easy-to-understand, easy-to-remember manner, with good combination of theory and practice, with vivid examples and evidence, and close connection and application to the situation, characteristics, and tasks of the agency or unit.

In the e-lecture writing skills test, candidates know how to select and edit the basic, core content of each section and item to present through each slide. The e-lecture reasonably integrates illustrations appropriate to each content, using many beautiful, attractive effects to attract learners.

100% of the staff participating in the contest knew how to use and combine traditional teaching methods and apply information technology through projections to supplement the practical part of teaching. Along with that, the contestants performed well in the knowledge test, answering well the additional questions given by the judges.

Evaluating the results of the contest, Colonel Luong Dinh Ky, Political Commissar of Warehouse K850, Head of the contest organizing committee emphasized: The contest is an opportunity for cadres working in political teaching to exchange and learn experiences, thereby continuing to improve professional knowledge, regularly update the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws; actively exchange, share, and disseminate good and creative practices to improve the quality of political education at the unit.

Colonel Luong Dinh Ky requested the Party Committee and commanders of departments, teams, and workshops in the Warehouse to continue to thoroughly grasp and understand more deeply the position, role, tasks, objectives, content, and political education program at the unit, concretize and apply it closely to the functions, tasks, and each target. Political instructors must closely follow the plans, regulations, and instructions from above, proactively deploy and closely organize political education work at the unit.

At the end of the contest, the Organizing Committee awarded 1 first prize, 1 second prize, 1 third prize and 3 consolation prizes.
