According to Prodezi Long An, the Prodezi eco-industrial park will apply renewable energy, use solar power and energy-saving systems to reduce CO₂ emissions, aiming for carbon neutrality in production. In addition, Prodezi EIP also aims to develop green-certified buildings that meet international standards for sustainable construction, optimize energy and use environmentally friendly materials. At the groundbreaking ceremony, Prodezi and Huong Viet Holding signed a Memorandum of Understanding on strategic cooperation with Toho Gas (Japan) to provide energy solutions, support the decarbonization process, provide utilities and services for LA Home Residential Area and Prodezi EIP. Previously, in October 2024, Prodezi and Huong Viet Holding signed with Chitose Group (Japan) and TA Vital to cooperate in wastewater treatment, production of functional organic fertilizers and planting trees using organic hydroponic systems in the Industrial Park.

Long An is strategically located between Ho Chi Minh City and the Mekong Delta. Prodezi EIP is located at the intersection of DT830 and Luong Hoa in the My Quy Tay - Luong Hoa development area.
