Delegates performed the groundbreaking ceremony to start construction of La U Co kindergarten.

La U Co Kindergarten has an area of 1,660m2, built in a prefabricated house style, the school has 2 classrooms with 45 students. The school was built from 2018 to now and has seriously degraded. Currently, the teachers' offices are having to take advantage of students' classrooms; office equipment and teaching services have not been invested in construction.

Understanding and sharing the school's difficulties, Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Long - Deputy Minister of Public Security decided to invest in building La U Co school. The school was built solidly and firmly, with 2 classrooms, teachers' accommodation, a one-way kitchen according to regulations, a toilet area, a playground, a warehouse and other ancillary works. The total investment capital is 4.3 billion VND, ensuring learning for 60 students.

The groundbreaking ceremony of the La U Co school has a profound humanitarian meaning, demonstrating the concern and sharing of Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Long - Deputy Minister of Public Security and other sectors, agencies and organizations for the cause of education and training in the border area. The completed project will help children study in a spacious and safe school.

On this occasion, the Provincial Border Guard Command presented 46 smartphones to people in La U Co village and 7 villages of Mu Ca commune; at the same time, instructed people on how to use software and smart applications on phones and promoted the "Digital Education for All" movement.
