Named Miss Talent and Beauty of Vietnam, this competition, held for the first time in Vietnam, aims to find outstanding female citizens with good qualities, cultural background, and understanding of the country to award titles such as Miss, First Runner-up, and other beauties, contributing to spreading and honoring the beauty of soul, talent, and knowledge of Vietnamese women in the new era.

The competition is open to female Vietnamese citizens worldwide . It consists of qualifying rounds to select finalists, divided into two categories: Category 1 (18-28 years old) and Category 2 (29-50 years old).

According to the Head of the Judging Panel, Meritorious Artist and Runner-up Trinh Kim Chi, the competition is divided into two categories to create opportunities for all women of all ages who are "Talented and Beautiful" to participate and showcase themselves and demonstrate their abilities.

Dividing the competition into two categories will also help the judges have a fair and objective view and evaluation of both age groups. The final results will have a Miss crowned for category 1 and a Queen crowned for category 2.

The organizers of Miss Talent and Beauty Vietnam 2023 will begin accepting applications from September 30, 2023 until November 15, 2023.

The competition schedule is tentatively set as follows: The preliminary round is expected to take place from November 25th, 2023 to November 30th, 2023 in Ho Chi Minh City.

The semi-finals are scheduled to take place at Ana Marina yacht harbor in Nha Trang city on 14/15/2023.

The final night is scheduled to take place on December 16, 2023, at the outdoor stage of Ana Marina yacht harbor in Nha Trang city.
