Cam Xuyen District Police ( Ha Tinh Province) has initiated a case, prosecuted and temporarily detained Phan Thi Ngoc Minh for "Violating regulations on road traffic participation".
On the evening of January 14, information from the Ha Tinh Provincial Police said that the Investigation Police Agency of Cam Xuyen District Police (Ha Tinh Province) issued a decision to prosecute the case of "Violating regulations on road traffic participation" that occurred in village 7 (Cam Quang commune, Cam Xuyen district) on January 14.
Along with that, the Investigation Police Agency of Cam Xuyen District Police also issued a Decision to prosecute Phan Thi Ngoc Minh (born in 2001, residing in Cam Thinh Commune, Cam Xuyen District) for the act of "Violating regulations on road traffic participation", stipulated in Clause 2, Article 260, Penal Code.
Cam Xuyen District People's Procuracy also issued a Decision approving the decision to prosecute Phan Thi Ngoc Minh for the act of "Violating regulations on road traffic participation".
According to initial information, at 1:40 a.m. on January 14, on National Highway 1, in Hamlet 7 (Cam Quang Commune), a traffic accident occurred between a car with license plate 38A-516.xx and a truck with license plate 78C-037.xx, resulting in one death.
At the above time, the car driven by Phan Thi Ngoc Minh was traveling in the North - South direction. When arriving at the above location, it collided with a truck driven by Mr. Le Ngoc Q. (born in 1990, residing in Hoa Thanh commune, Dong Hoa town, Phu Yen ). At this time, the truck had an accident and pulled over to the side of the road. Mr. Q. got out to check and was hit from behind by the car.
The accident caused Mr. Le Ngoc Q. to die on the spot, the car was severely damaged. Phan Thi Ngoc Minh's alcohol test result was 0.385 mg/1 liter of breath.
Initial information, before the accident, Phan Thi Ngoc Minh was on her way from Ha Tinh city to Cam Xuyen district.
The case is currently being investigated and handled by the police in accordance with the law.
