Do not let the organization arrangement affect the High School Graduation Exam

The city requested the Hanoi Departmentof Education and Training to strengthen inspection of preparation and organization of related exams to ensure that human resources and conditions for organizing the exams are adequate, thorough, and in accordance with regulations.

The Department of Education and Training focuses on carefully preparing all conditions, implementing specific plans and solutions to organize the exam to ensure 6 things: "clear people, clear work, clear responsibility, clear authority, clear time, clear results".

In addition, direct general education institutions and parents to pay attention to, guide and support students in reviewing and systematizing knowledge so that they have a confident mindset when entering the exam; in particular, disseminate and propagate new points of the exam regulations to parents, students, teachers and staff participating in the exam.

The Hanoi Department of Health directs medical facilities to ensure sufficient medical staff, medicine, medical equipment and have a plan to be ready to support situations to ensure the health of candidates and exam staff; check food hygiene and safety at food service establishments in areas with exam sites.

The City Inspectorate sends officers to participate in inspection teams and check all stages of the exam according to the direction and guidance of the Government Inspectorate and the Ministry of Education and Training, ensuring absolute safety and honesty.

The Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports coordinates with the Hanoi Department of Education and Training, relevant units and central and city press agencies to provide complete and timely information to parents and candidates before the exam, especially paying attention to new points of the exam.

The Department of Science and Technology ensures smooth communication between the Examination Steering Committee and the Ministry of Education and Training, the City People's Committee and educational institutions, examination sites, the Examination Printing Board, and the Examination Marking Board; directs postal, telecommunications and information technology enterprises to ensure telecommunications infrastructure conditions to facilitate the announcement of examination results and for candidates to adjust their university and college admission wishes.

The People's Committees of districts, towns and cities are fully responsible for the exams in their localities, ensuring that the organization of the exams is not affected by the arrangement of the apparatus. Strictly implement the direction of the Prime Minister in Official Dispatch No. 58 and Directive No. 37 on the direction and coordination of the organization of the exams to ensure quality, safety, seriousness and efficiency; review the conditions and facilities serving the exams.
