From thousands of works, more than 1,500 works eligible for the award were evaluated seriously, democratically, and scientifically by many levels of councils. Of these, 269 excellent works were selected to award outstanding collectives and individuals. At the Award Ceremony, the Organizing Committee awarded 12 A prizes, 56 B prizes, 99 C prizes, 102 Encouragement prizes, and commended 46 outstanding collectives and individuals in promotional activities.
