Ana Mandara Cam Ranh Resort plants 600 mangrove trees in Ha Lien village (Nha Phu lagoon)

On the morning of July 9, Ana Mandara Cam Ranh Resort coordinated with Khanh Hoa Association for Conservation of Nature and Environment to organize forest planting in Ha Lien village (Nha Phu lagoon, Hoa Thang ward).

This activity received enthusiastic participation and positive response from many resort staff and people living in the neighboring area. The delegation planted 600 mangrove trees in Ha Lien village. Mr. Le Dai Hai - General Manager of Ana Mandara Cam Ranh Resort said that this activity is part of the green - sustainable tourism project that Ana Mandara Cam Ranh Resort is actively implementing, with the goal of protecting the marine environment and effectively responding to climate change. Planting mangrove trees in Ha Lien village is expected to spread a strong message about nature protection, raise community awareness of the role of mangrove forests, and promote a model of tourism development coupled with environmental protection responsibility.

Ha Lien village is an ancient village that was formed in 1653, following the footsteps of the land-opening chief Hung Loc Hau under the reign of Lord Nguyen Phuc Tan. Currently, Ha Lien village has 333 households with 1,128 people, living mainly by exploitation and aquaculture. Ha Lien village has a peaceful beauty with aquaculture ponds; the cool green color of mangrove forests with species of mangrove, mangrove, parrot, and mam trees... In the village, there is Ha Lien communal house, Nam Hai mausoleum, Thien YA Na temple, Hau Tho temple, Hue Lien pagoda. Recently, many tourists have come here to explore the landscape and people's lives. Saigon Marketing publication voted Ha Lien village into the "Top 7 Impressions of Vietnam" in 2024.
