Encourage the establishment of creative startup associations in communes and wards

The Department of Science and Technology has just issued Official Dispatch No. 903/SKHCN-PTCNĐMST on the establishment of Creative Startup Associations in communes and wards in Da Nang city.

According to the official dispatch, implementing Notice No. 49/TB-VP dated July 17, 2025 of the City People's Committee Office on the Conclusion of Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Ho Quang Buu on a number of contents related to innovative start-up activities, in which, the Department of Science and Technology is assigned to advise and propose to competent authorities to consider establishing Start-up Associations in communes and wards in Da Nang city.

Therefore, the Department recommends that the People's Committees of communes and wards in the city, based on actual local needs, proactively establish creative startup associations for communes and wards.

The establishment is encouraged to spread the spirit of creative entrepreneurship, connect, support and mobilize resources to develop the local creative entrepreneurship ecosystem.

At the same time, inform the Department of Science and Technology about the establishment and operation of local creative startup associations and creative startup clubs (if any).
