Inspection results: Food production and trading establishments and food service establishments comply with food safety regulations in food business such as: having a certificate of qualified food safety facility; food traders have a self-certification of training in food safety knowledge, have a periodic health check-up certificate; clear expiration date and origin of food; food production and trading areas and food service establishments ensure hygiene and preserve food according to regulations. Pass rate: 100%.
The Department of Health requested the Provincial Interdisciplinary Steering Committee for Food Safety to direct departments , branches and localities to continue to strengthen propaganda,education and dissemination of legal knowledge on food safety , especially the Food Safety Law and related legal documents ; mobilize resources to participate in communication activities on food safety; strengthen inter-sectoral coordination in inspection, examination (mainly surprise inspections), and supervision of food quality at food production, processing and trading establishments and catering services in the province.
