With many initiatives and positive contributions in performing tasks, Ms. Le Thi Bong (born in 1987), Head of Sewing Line C15, An Thinh Enterprise, An Hung Joint Stock Company (Tuy Hoa City) has continuously achieved the title of Emulation Fighter at the grassroots level for many years and has been commended and rewarded by business leaders and trade unions.

Creative, flexible

For many years, An Thinh Enterprise has been the leading unit in terms of productivity and product quality, and has many initiatives and advanced operations of workers that have been effectively applied to production, increasing income for workers. That has contributed to the completion of the unit's production targets, recognized by the An Hung Joint Stock Company's Initiative Council and commended by the General Director with a bonus of hundreds of millions of VND/year.

Ms. Le Thi Bong contributed significantly to that overall achievement. Ms. Bong shared: “The sewing line that I manage is the leading line in the factory in terms of innovation and productivity. As a line leader, I directly trained workers with the solution of using skilled workers to directly guide and train new workers by showing them the job and learning from each other. With this method, improving the skills of sewing line workers is much more effective, reducing pressure on the technical staff.”

As a sewing line manager with a lot of experience and management skills, Ms. Bong was trusted by the factory to participate in writing topics and presenting at seminars on the management methods of line leaders in production practices. At the same time, she and her group of workers in the line had many initiatives such as streamlining the way to sew 2-layer armpit hems into 1 layer; Parading 2-layer back covers without pressing elastic, making elastic evenly, and aligning elastic at the rib points. These initiatives contributed to reducing labor time, increasing productivity, and increasing workers' income by tens of millions of dong.

Having continuously applied effective initiatives for many years, being a young party member and union official with many positive contributions to patriotic emulation activities and movements, Ms. Le Thi Bong deserves to be recommended for commendation and reward by unions at all levels.

According to the report on comments and evaluation of the initiatives of the Company's Initiative Council, when applying these initiatives in practice, the time to complete a product is significantly shortened and workers' income increases to more than 3.5 million VND/month for a product code.

Actively participate in union activities

In addition to successfully completing her duties as a sewing line leader, with the responsibility of a Party member and union leader, Ms. Bong always actively propagates and mobilizes union members and workers to comply with all policies and guidelines of the Party, policies and laws of the State; actively participates in emulation movements in production and labor, increases productivity, product quality, and increases income.

Up to now, 100% of workers in the sewing line she is in charge of, when eligible, have voluntarily joined the union and actively participated in patriotic emulation movements launched by unions at all levels.

For many years, the C15 Garment Union has been a unit that has contributed a lot to the Golden Heart Fund launched by the company. Along with that, the members of the group regularly maintain the work of mobilizing donations to support workers in sudden difficult circumstances... with an amount of tens of millions of VND. Promoting the sense of responsibility of a party member and union official, Ms. Le Thi Bong actively participates in professional and management training courses; participates in studying and holding seminars on electromechanical, technical and technological topics, and professional sports competitions at units inside and outside the province.

According to Ms. Bong, thanks to her active study, she has been equipped with more knowledge to improve production management methods as well as union work skills.
