The tournament had 150 athletes from the following units: Phu Yen Newspaper; Provincial Radio and Television Station, Cyber Security and High-Tech Crime Prevention Department (PA05) - Phu Yen Provincial Police; Political Department of Provincial Border Guard; Resident Journalists Association in Phu Yen; Journalists Association of the Association's Office. The athletes competed in the following sports: Men's and women's volleyball; tug of war, men's and women's sack jumping and pickleball.
