At the program, delegates and young union members reviewed the life, career and revolutionary career of President Ho Chi Minh; therebyeducating gratitude, the spirit of striving to follow his moral example, style and ideology, nurturing ambitions and aspirations to contribute to the process of building and developing the country. The Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee commended 18 outstanding young people following Uncle Ho's teachings in 2024, 16 outstanding union officials in the period of 2023-2025; and awarded the "For the Young Generation" Medal to 18 individuals.
Also at the program, the Provincial Youth Union, the Provincial Youth Union, and the Provincial Student Association launched the Phu Yen Province Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign in 2025. The campaign is implemented throughout the program of Supporting the Exam Season and 4 campaigns (Pink Vacation, Green March, Red Flamboyant, Green Summer) with activities that are widely deployed, safe, effective, sustainable and linked to the actual needs of each locality and unit. This year's campaign focuses on the following contents: joining hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses; the program "Digital Education for All"; supporting the community, especially in remote and disadvantaged areas; protecting the environment, responding to climate change; participating in building new rural areas and civilized urban areas with creative ideas; organizing gratitude activities, taking care of policy families; encouraging the spirit of entrepreneurship and innovation among young people...

On this occasion, the Central Youth Union awarded certificates of merit to 5 groups and 9 individuals; the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee awarded certificates of merit to 7 groups and 11 individuals; the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee awarded certificates of merit to 23 groups and 40 individuals with outstanding achievements in summer activities and youth volunteer movements in 2024.
The Provincial Youth Union and the Provincial Youth Union presented 10 gifts, each worth 500,000 VND, to disadvantaged students of Chu Van An Secondary and High School; presented 10 gifts to policy families in Xuan Lanh commune. The Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee presented a livelihood model worth 5 million VND to Ms. Tran Thi Hoa, Secretary of the Youth Union of Da Du village, Xuan Lanh commune; presented 2 models of propaganda for preventing plastic waste located in Xuan Lanh commune with a total implementation cost of 10 million VND. The Youth Union of the Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development, Phu Yen branch presented a youth project of a free wifi hotspot located at the central market of Xuan Lanh commune, Dong Xuan district to facilitate people to make cashless payments through digital banking applications.
On this occasion, the Provincial Youth Union and the Provincial Youth Union organized the Young Doctors' Day following Uncle Ho's teachings and volunteering for community health in 2025 at Chu Van An Secondary and High School. The Provincial Youth Union and the Provincial Youth Union presented 500 social security bags to Xuan Lanh commune. Young doctors examined, provided health consultations and distributed 100 free medicine kits to people in difficult circumstances.
