The Provincial People's Committee requests the Department of Health to preside over and coordinate with the Provincial Police, the Department of Industry and Trade and relevant agencies and units to launch a high-profile campaign to combat and repel smuggling, trade fraud, counterfeit goods, copyright infringement, and intellectual property infringement of pharmaceutical products, drugs originating from medicinal herbs, cosmetics, food, medical equipment, insecticides, and disinfectants for household and medical use in the province, report the results to the Ministry of Health before June 20, 2025 and report to the Provincial People's Committee. At the same time, preside over and coordinate with the Department of Science and Technology and relevant units to disseminate and request scientists and managers of the health sector to sign a commitment not to advertise or introduce false information, lacking scientific basis or basis, exaggerating the features and uses of products without carefully verifying legal documents related to the products; be responsible before the law if there are acts of deceptive advertising.
