At the conference, representatives of localities reflected on a number of difficulties and problems in Party work; organizational structure; personnel work; mechanisms, policies, operating costs; facilities, equipment, working conditions, etc. At the same time, they proposed a number of issues such as: Researching the establishment of a provincial-level Fatherland Front Party Committee directly under the provincial Party Committee (city Party Committee) with the deputy secretary of the provincial Party Committee (city Party Committee), Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province (city) as secretary to ensure direct and comprehensive leadership; promptly promulgating the Charter and implementing instructions; issuing specific guiding documents on the organizational model, functions, tasks, coordination mechanisms and methods of operation of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees at all levels according to the new organizational structure; having model regulations on the operation of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees at the provincial and commune levels as a unified basis for localities to implement synchronously; Soon issue the Project on arranging, streamlining, and merging mass organizations assigned by the Party and State for implementation at the provincial and communal levels; provide specific guidance on financial and asset management mechanisms...
