At the meeting, the leaders of the District People's Committee presented a report on the socio -economic situation in 2024; the socio-economic development plan, ensuring national defense and security in 2025; a report on the implementation of the state budget in 2024, the budget revenue and expenditure estimates and the allocation of the district budget in 2025; the implementation of the public investment plan in 2024, the public investment plan in 2025; a report on the socio-economic inspection work; citizen reception, handling of complaints and denunciations; and anti-corruption work in 2024.
Accordingly, in 2024, the total production value of the district is estimated to reach more than 16,311 billion VND, an increase of 9.8% compared to 2023, reaching 98% of the plan. Promotion and investment attraction work in the district is focused on, attracting 1 investment project to the industrial cluster. Agricultural, forestry and fishery production activities maintain stable development, the total production value in 2024 is estimated at 1,673 billion VND, an increase of 4.45% (an increase of 71.2 billion VND) compared to 2023. By the end of 2024, Dai Loc strives to have 2 more communes meeting new rural standards, 5 communes meeting advanced new rural standards and 5 villages meeting model new rural standards, striving to make Dai Loc district a district meeting new rural standards by 2025...
At the meeting, the District People's Committee submitted documents requesting approval of the detailed construction planning project (scale 1/500) of the new rural residential area of Dai Dong commune; a document requesting approval of the detailed planning task 1/500 of the Residential Area project along An Binh bridge, section through Dai Minh commune; a document requesting approval of the project to locally adjust the detailed planning 1/500 of Dai Nghia 1 Industrial Cluster, Dai Nghia commune; a document requesting approval of the project to locally adjust the detailed planning 1/500 of Dai Nghia 2 Industrial Cluster, Dai Nghia commune. The District People's Committee also submitted a document requesting to supplement the list of works implementing the criteria of a new rural district in the period of 2021-2025 in Dai Loc district...
At the meeting, many outstanding issues such as the progress of basic construction projects, land management, sustainable poverty reduction, and the settlement of voters' petitions were also questioned by delegates.
Leaders of the District People's Committee and representatives of specialized departments and offices answered and explained clearly the contents that delegates and voters were interested in. This session of the District People's Council aimed to vote and pass 14 important resolutions, including many contents closely related to people's lives and the development of the district.
