Delegates attended the inauguration of the Children's Playground "For beloved juniors" at Huu Loi Primary and Secondary School (Hu Loi commune, Yen Thuy district).
Students of Huu Loi Primary and Secondary School performed art performances to celebrate the 84th anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneers and the 135th birthday of President Ho Chi Minh.
Attending the program were leaders of the Provincial Youth Union, the Provincial Youth Activity Center, Yen Thuy District Youth Union, along with teachers and students of Huu Loi Primary and Secondary School.
At the ceremony, comrade Nguyen Thanh Luan, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, Chairman of the Provincial Pioneer Council, reviewed the history of the establishment of the Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneers and affirmed the important role of the Pioneers in the revolutionary cause andeducation of the young generation; remembering the sacred feelings and deep concern of Uncle Ho for children - the future generation of the country. At the same time, he acknowledged and praised the achievements of the Pioneers' work and the children's movement in Hoa Binh province in the past time, especially in 2025 with many exciting emulation activities. The Pioneer Councils at all levels in the province always pay attention to and take care of the emulation movement of studying, training and the life of teenagers and children, especially those in difficult circumstances.
Within the framework of the program, the Provincial Youth Union presented 30 school bags to students to encourage them to overcome difficulties and strive to study well. Yen Thuy District Youth Union presented 30 cartons of milk to children in difficult circumstances.
In order to equip students with drowning prevention and first aid skills, the program's Organizing Committee invited Master Nguyen Tan Canh, Head of the Swimming Club of the Provincial Youth Activity Center, to share knowledge and skills in handling drowning situations as well as basic first aid steps.
At the program, the Provincial Youth Union presented 30 life jackets to children to support and improve their self-protection when participating in water activities. At the same time, the inauguration ceremony of the Children's Playground "For Beloved Juniors" was held. The project was built with a budget of 20 million VND from the Small Plan Fund contributed by team members throughout the province. This is a meaningful gift, contributing to creating a space for physical training, safe play and comprehensive development for students.
