Celebrating Vietnam Cooperative Day and honoring advanced models

On the morning of April 8, the Provincial Cooperative Alliance held a conference to celebrate Vietnam Cooperative Day (April 11) and commend advanced models.

At the conference, delegates reviewed the history of the formation and development of the collective economy and the significance of Vietnam Cooperative Day. Through many historical ups and downs, the Vietnam Cooperative movement has always been steadfast in its goals, constantly innovating and growing; thereby, not only contributing to job creation and increasing income for millions of members but also making important contributions to promoting the country's socio-economic development. The whole province currently has 144 cooperatives, with more than 19,000 members, with the support of functional agencies and local authorities, cooperatives in the province have overcome difficulties and challenges, gradually escaping the old management mechanism, forming a new cooperative model; promoting effective production and business in the fields of agriculture, rural areas; industry, handicrafts, credit, transportation, etc.

Leaders of the Provincial Cooperative Union awarded the Emulation Flag of the Provincial People's Committee to the 3 leading units of the Cooperative Emulation Cluster.

On this occasion, the Provincial Cooperative Union awarded the Emulation Flag of the Provincial People's Committee to 3 leading units of the Cooperative Emulation Cluster in 2024; awarded certificates of merit of the Provincial People's Committee to 2 individuals and presented certificates of merit to 7 collectives and 9 individuals with outstanding achievements in the patriotic emulation movement, period 2020-2025.
