'World's best tourist village' submerged in water after a day and night of torrential rain

After a day and night of torrential rain with rainfall of over 500mm upstream, Tan Hoa commune (Minh Hoa, Quang Binh) - which was honored as "The best tourist village in the world " - had more than 400 houses deeply flooded.
