The work of improving the investment and business environment, enhancing the competitiveness index, promoting investment; encouraging start-ups and innovation is directed to be implemented resolutely. Concentrate all resources, resolutely, synchronously and effectively deploy management solutions, organize the implementation of state budget collection tasks, creating an important driving force in promoting economic growth. Specifically, budget revenue in the area reached 1,861 billion VND, reaching 28.95% of the central budget estimate, reaching 22.43% of the provincial People's Council's estimate.

In addition to the achieved results, there are still some limitations that need attention. Although there are many innovations in investment promotion and calling, it has not attracted many foreign direct investment (FDI) projects and large investors.
