Leaders of the Department of Science and Technology attended the Announcement Ceremony of the Resolution of the National Assembly Standing Committee on the arrangement of administrative units, decisions and resolutions of the province on the establishment of commune-level party committees and local leadership personnel.

On June 30, 2025, the Provincial Party Committee held a ceremony to announce the Resolution of the National Assembly Standing Committee on ending the operation of administrative units (ADUs), arranging administrative units at the commune and ward levels; deciding to establish Party Committees at the commune level; appointing Party Committee personnel, leaders of the People's Council (PC), People's Committee (PC), and Fatherland Front Committees at the commune and ward levels. The ceremony was held in person and online at 56 communes and wards in the province. Assigned by the Provincial Party Committee, leaders of the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) attended the announcement ceremony in Tan Giang ward and Quang Trung commune.

Assigned to Tan Giang ward, comrade Nong Thi Thanh Huyen - Director of the Department of Science and Technology presented decisions on the establishment of the ward Party Committee and decisions on personnel work; resolutions of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council, term XVII, 2021 - 2026 on key positions of the People's Council and People's Committee of Tan Giang ward; Decision of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Cao Bang province on the establishment of the Fatherland Front of Tan Giang ward.

 

Ms. Nong Thi Thanh Huyen - Director of Department of Science and Technology presented the decisions at Tan Giang ward.

 

  At the same time, Comrade Nong Thi Thanh Huyen and the leaders of Tan Giang Ward welcomed Comrade Tran Hong Minh, Member of the Party Central Committee, Minister of Construction, former Secretary of Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee and other leaders to visit and encourage the team of civil servants and public employees performing their duties at the Tan Giang Ward Public Administration Service Center.
