*On the morning of July 26, comrade Duong Van An, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation visited and presented gifts to war invalids and policy families in Vinh Yen city on the occasion of the 77th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2024). Visiting the family of Mrs. Nghiem Thi My, born in 1938, in Han Lu residential group, Khai Quang ward, mother of martyr Nguyen Quoc Khanh who died in 1980 in Laos and the family of Mr. Nguyen Van Ban, born in 1947, in Vinh Thinh Dong residential group, Khai Quang ward, a war invalid, sick soldier, resistance activist who was exposed to toxic chemicals and was captured and imprisoned by the enemy, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Duong Van An kindly encouraged, asked about their health, daily life and expressed deep gratitude for the great contributions of the families of war invalids, martyrs, and people with meritorious services in the cause of national liberation and defense of the Fatherland.
The Provincial Party Secretary hopes that families will continue to promote revolutionary traditions, encourage andeducate their children to foster patriotism, love for their compatriots and the Fatherland; unite and contribute to building Vinh Phuc to become increasingly rich and prosperous.

The delegation visited Mr. Do Van San, born in 1951, in Tan Tien village, Dao Tru commune, an anti-American soldier, with a 41% exposure to toxic chemicals; Mr. Ly Van Vinh, born in 1959, a war invalid in Dao Tru Thuong village, Dao Tru commune, an anti-Polpot soldier (southwestern border).

The delegation visited the family of Mrs. Tran Thi Ren, born in 1931 in Bao An residential group, Dong Xuan ward, the wife of martyr Tran Ngoc Bao who died in the resistance war against the US, and the family of Mr. Doan Duc Ngo, born in 1940 in residential group 7, Dong Xuan ward, who was infected with Agent Orange during the resistance war against the US, reducing his working capacity by 41 - 60%.
At the families visited, Vice Chairman in charge of the Provincial People's Committee Vu Viet Van and members of the delegation kindly asked about their health and expressed deep gratitude for the contributions and sacrifices of war invalids, sick soldiers, and families of those who contributed to the cause of national liberation, construction and protection of the Fatherland.
