Lao Cai: More than 7,000 medical staff trained in artificial intelligence applications

On October 7, Lao Cai Provincial Department of Health organized a training course on "Application of artificial intelligence (AI) in the medical field". The activity aims to raise awareness, foster knowledge and skills in applying AI technology for cadres, civil servants and public employees in the provincial health sector, towards the goal of building a "Smart health sector".

The 1-day training course was organized in both in-person and online formats with the participation of more than 7,000 officials from the Department of Health and its affiliated units.

At the training class, the trainees were taught in-depth contents by AI experts of iViet Business Development Solutions Company Limited such as: the importance and benefits of AI applications in healthcare; 4 levels of AI application in hospitals; effective command-setting thinking skills at work; AI applications in research and professional development.
