Consulting on Draft Circular regulating the development and promulgation of legal documents of the Ministry of Industry and Trade

The Ministry of Industry and Trade publishes the full text of the draft Circular and the draft Circular Submission replacing Circular No. 47/2023/TT-BCT dated December 29, 2023 of the Minister of Industry and Trade regulating the development and promulgation of legal documents of the Ministry of Industry and Trade to widely collect opinions from agencies, units, organizations and individuals.
