Memorial service to honor and pay tribute to the heroic martyrs.

On the morning of July 24th, at Phu Lien Pagoda, the Executive Board of the Vietnam Buddhist Association of Thai Nguyen province organized a memorial service to commemorate and pay tribute to the heroic martyrs on the occasion of the 78th anniversary of the Day of War Invalids and Martyrs (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2025). Attending the ceremony were Ms. Do Thi Minh Hoa, Member of the Standing Committee and Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Provincial Party Committee; leaders from several departments, agencies, and localities; and a large number of monks, nuns, Buddhists, and people.

The delegates sincerely remembered and paid tribute to the heroic martyrs.

In a solemn and sacred atmosphere, the Ritual Committee respectfully invited the spirits of the heroic martyrs to the temple to perform the Buddhist tradition of praying for their souls. The prayer for the martyrs' souls read at the ceremony expressed the boundless gratitude of all sectors of the population for the immense contributions of those who fell for the independence and freedom of the nation; and prayed for national peace and prosperity.

The ceremony was held to pay tribute to the heroic martyrs.

Speaking at the ceremony, Venerable Thich Nguyen Thanh, Head of the Executive Board of the Vietnam Buddhist Association of Thai Nguyen province, emphasized: The memorial service to honor and express gratitude to the heroic martyrs was organized in conjunction with the Vu Lan Festival, one of the important Buddhist festivals, demonstrating the moral principle of gratitude and the beautiful tradition of "remembering to drink" of the Vietnamese people.

Delegates took a commemorative photo with the Management Board, monks, nuns, and Buddhist followers.
