At the announcement ceremony, the Provincial Post Office approved decisions to rename 12 district, city and town post offices (old) into 12 regional post offices; handed over decisions to assign tasks to comrades who are Directors of Regional Post Offices; established 74/75 commune and ward post offices and assigned tasks to 10 comrades who are Directors of Commune and Ward Post Offices (phase 1).
