Speaking at the fishing festival, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Anh, Secretary of the Tam Quang Commune Party Committee, said that the fishing festival is a spiritual cultural feature of coastal fishermen in Tam Quang Commune in particular and coastal districts in Quang Nam Province in general. Therefore, fishermen in coastal communes often organize it on the first days of the new year.

Through this, we hope for a favorable new year in catching many shrimps and fish, and show solidarity, help each other overcome difficulties when encountering incidents at sea, and at the same time comply with the regulations of the law at sea.
