Tran Temple Festival in Thai Binh 2025 takes place from 13

(CLO) The 2025 Tran Thai Binh Temple Festival will be held on a provincial scale for 5 days, from February 10 to 14 (January 13 to 17, At Ty year) at the special national relic site of the tombs and temples of the Tran Dynasty kings, Tien Duc commune (Hung Ha).

Ceremonial activities include: temple opening ceremony, incense offering ceremony at the mausoleum, water procession, opening ceremony, and worship ceremony taking place on January 13. Festival activities include: banh chung wrapping, clay firecracker competition, fish feast, phoenix wing betel wrapping, fire-making, tug of war, chess, Vietnam Poetry Day, Cheo Club exchange, singing festival, etc.

In addition, during the Tran Temple Festival, the organizing committee arranged a booth to display and introduce OCOP products at the festival grounds. The activities taking place during the festival are in accordance with legal regulations, ensuring solemnity, impression, safety, economy, high educational value, demonstrating the unique culture of Thai Binh land and people as well as Long Hung - Hung Ha land.

At the meeting to hear the People's Committee of Hung Ha district report on the progress of organizing the Tran Temple Festival in 2025, Mr. Pham Van Nghiem, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Thai Binh province, emphasized that for the epic art program in the opening ceremony of the Tran Temple Festival, it is necessary to ensure the accuracy of the artistic commentary. Propaganda work and maintaining a green - clean - beautiful environment throughout the relic site must be focused on.

The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to coordinate with the People's Committee of Hung Ha district to survey the location where the festival opening ceremony is expected to be held so that preparation activities can take place soon, ensuring work progress.
