The 2025 Sea Culture and Tourism Festival aims to honor cultural values, introduce the beauty of Khanh Hoa people and land to people across the country and international visitors. From there, it will create opportunities for linkage and cooperation in tourism development between Khanh Hoa and other provinces and cities in the country and internationally, strengthening and expanding local and regional linkages. The festival will be held centrally in Nha Trang City (April 2 Square area and the park along the coast of Tran Phu Street), with 36 activities and events expected, including the "Nha Trang say hi" Grand Music Festival, international cultural exchange, street parade carnival (from June 7 to 9); along with sports , cultural, culinary, environmental protection activities... throughout June.

After listening to the discussion, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Dinh Van Thieu basically agreed with the draft plan to organize the 2025 Sea Culture - Tourism Festival. At the same time, he requested that the Department of Culture - Sports and Tourism preside over and coordinate with units and localities to proactively develop a plan to organize activities and events within the framework of the festival. In particular, the opening performances of the "Nha Trang say hi" Grand Music Festival must be imbued with the cultural identity of Khanh Hoa; research the appropriate time to organize the street carnival parade; unify the specifications of the flower car introducing Truong Sa district and districts, towns and cities in the province.
