50th Anniversary of the Mobile Police Force's Traditional Day

On the afternoon of April 12, the Provincial Police held a ceremony to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Mobile Police Force's traditional day (April 15, 1974 - April 15, 2024).

Attending the ceremony were leaders of the Provincial Police Department; representatives of police leaders of units and localities; and leaders, officers and soldiers of the Mobile Police Department (CSCĐ), Provincial Police.

In 1974, the Minister of Public Security signed a decision to establish the Mobile Police Force and held a launching ceremony in Hanoi on April 15, 1974. Since then, April 15 has become the Traditional Day of the Mobile Police Force.

Immediately after its establishment, the mobile police force from the ministry to localities quickly stabilized its organization and deployed forces to protect the safety of the Party, State, National Assembly leadership agencies, international delegations, embassies, and key political , economic, defense, and security projects.

In 1997, Vinh Phuc province was re-established. Together with other units in the entire provincial police force, the CSCĐ force promoted a sense of responsibility, overcame difficulties and challenges, and gradually built, fought and matured in all aspects.

The unit effectively implements the slogan "Vinh Phuc Police - All for the peace of the people"; closely follows the goals and requirements of protecting security and order, improves the quality of all aspects of work, and excellently completes all tasks.

Over the years, officers and soldiers of the Mobile Police Department have deployed thousands of shifts to absolutely protect the safety of 8 protected targets. Coordinated to protect the safety of more than 2,500 conferences and more than 2,300 delegations visiting and working in the province. Coordinated to receive and resolve nearly 8,000 petitions and complaints from citizens, preventing complicated developments.

From 1997 to present, the provincial police force has directly organized more than 14,000 patrols with 53,000 officers and soldiers participating. Thereby, more than 400 cases were discovered and arrested, with more than 600 subjects violating the law...

To meet the requirements of the task of protecting national security and ensuring social order and safety in the new situation, the provincial CSCĐ force continues to promote its achievements, consolidate and build its force, and improve its work and combat effectiveness.

Each officer and soldier of the Mobile Police Department strives to study, practice, improve political qualities, professional qualifications, and be loyal to the revolutionary cause; strengthen training and practice of combat plans; proactively coordinate with forces, agencies, and units to grasp the security and order situation in the area, methods and tricks of criminals to develop plans to ensure political security, social order and safety at key targets and areas...

With achievements and feats in work and combat, over the years, the Provincial Police Department's Mobile Police Department has had hundreds of collectives and individuals recognized and rewarded at all levels.
