President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam Luong Cuong will preside over the signing ceremony of the Convention with the participation of United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres and many senior leaders of countries, regional and international organizations.
It is expected that within the framework of the Convention Opening Ceremony, there will be a High-level Plenary Discussion, high-level roundtable discussions and sideline conferences on international cooperation in combating cybercrime.
