As reported by Tuoi Tre Online , the Ministry of Public Security’s Investigation Police Agency has prosecuted five more defendants in the process of expanding the investigation into the case of manufacturing fake food products and deceiving consumers. The case involves Asia Life Joint Stock Company and Chi Em Rot Joint Stock Company.

Among the defendants prosecuted is beauty queen Nguyen Thuc Thuy Tien.

Previously, Nguyen Thi Thai Hang (aka Hang Du Muc), Le Tuan Linh, Pham Quang Linh (Quang Linh Vlogs) and Le Thanh Cong... were all prosecuted on charges of producing counterfeit goods and deceiving customers.

Unlike Miss Nguyen Thuc Thuy Tien, Quang Linh Vlogs or Hang Du Muc - familiar faces on social networks, Le Thanh Cong is quite secretive in the media.

This character does not participate in livestream sessions, does not share images or personal information online. Many people are curious about Le Thanh Cong's real role when he was prosecuted in connection with the Kera candy product.

According to data from the business registration system, Chi Em Rot Group Joint Stock Company was established at the end of 2024 in Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City, with an initial charter capital of 5 billion VND.

Among the 6 founding shareholders, Mr. Le Thanh Cong contributed 950 million VND, equivalent to 19% - the second largest shareholder, only after Hang Du Muc (25%). The remaining shareholders include: Tran Chi Tam (13.67%), Pham Quang Linh (13.67%), Pham Thi Nhat Le (13.66%) and Le Tuan Linh (15%).

Information from the business registration of Chi Em Rot shows that Le Thanh Cong was born in 1989, with permanent residence in Vinh City, Nghe An Province.

According to research, Le Thanh Cong does not directly advertise the products, but is known for his role as a behind-the-scenes coordinator behind the massive media campaigns of Chi Em Rot.

As for Miss Nguyen Thuc Thuy Tien, in the initial establishment documents, this person did not appear as a shareholder. However, just one month after its establishment, Chi Em Rot increased its capital three times, to 15 billion VND, but the shareholder structure after the capital increase was not disclosed.

Meanwhile, according to the latest information, the investigation agency has determined that Kera candy is a product of cooperation between Thuy Tien and shareholders of Chi Em Rot Company. According to the capital contribution agreement, Thuy Tien receives 30% of the profits, the rest is divided among other shareholders.

Not only participating in the Sisters' Company, Le Thanh Cong and Thuy Tien contributed capital and established Pharco Vietnam Joint Stock Company in 2021 - the time before Thuy Tien was crowned Miss.

Pharco Vietnam operates in the wholesale of food, cosmetics and hygiene products. It is the exclusive distributor of a perfume brand in Vietnam.

The company is headquartered in Hanoi , with initial charter capital of 4 billion VND. Of which, Le Thanh Cong contributed 55%, Thuy Tien contributed 10%, the rest belonged to other shareholders.

The legal representative and director is Ms. Vo Thi Loc (born in 1997). In the media, Thuy Tien is often referred to as the "chairwoman" of the company.

By the end of 2022, the company increased its capital to VND 8 billion, but has not yet announced details of the shareholder structure after the capital increase.

In addition to the two above enterprises, business data shows that Le Thanh Cong also acts as the legal representative or founding shareholder in at least 7 different enterprises in Vietnam.

In particular, at Boxi Vietnam Co., Ltd., established in November 2015, Le Thanh Cong holds the position of director and legal representative. Similarly, at 6INCH Vietnam Joint Stock Company or ADS Group Vietnam Joint Stock Company..., Cong is also known as the director and legal representative.
