Launching ceremony of the program "Learning to be a police officer"

On June 20, Son La Provincial Police coordinated with the Provincial Youth Union to organize the launching ceremony of the program "Learning to be a police officer" for grade 2, class 2025. Participating in the program "Learning to be a police officer" were 68 students aged 9-16, from schools in the province.

During 7 days (from June 20-26), at the Mobile Police Department, Son La Provincial Police, the "young soldiers" studied the following topics: Traditions of building, fighting and growing up of the People's Police force; training in basic contents of internal regulations, team regulations and basic martial arts movements; practicing rescue skills, escape skills and situations of preventing, combating and detecting crimes in life.

At the same time, children are alsoeducated in life skills, instructed on how to handle situations when drowning; practice teamwork skills, presentation skills and self-expression; equipped with behavioral and communication skills, detecting and dealing with dangerous situations; participate in cultural, sports, artistic and campfire exchange activities; equipped with behavioral and communication skills...

The program aims to educate the tradition of the People's Public Security Force; raise the sense of independence, discipline, practice life skills, and experience in the military for children.
