Tay Ninh opens the 21st session (special session) of the 10th Provincial People's Council

On the morning of June 20, the People's Council of Tay Ninh province, term X, 2021-2026, opened its 21st session (special session) with the participation of 44/48 delegates of the Provincial People's Council. Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Manh Hung, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Dai Thy and Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Hong Son co-chaired the session.

Comrade Nguyen Manh Hung, Secretary of Tay Ninh Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Tay Ninh Provincial People's Council spoke at the meeting.

Speaking at the opening of the session, Comrade Nguyen Manh Hung, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, said that the Provincial People's Council organized a thematic session to consider and resolve a number of important and urgent issues to meet the needs of socio -economic development, ensuring national defense and security and people's lives in the coming time.

Comrade Nguyen Manh Hung requested each delegate to uphold their sense of responsibility, focus their intelligence, carefully study each content, discuss, and contribute many practical ideas so that the Provincial People's Council can focus and unify to pass correct decisions, suitable to the practical situation and meet the aspirations of the people.

The first meeting of the Standing Committee of the People's Council of Tay Ninh province (new) is expected to be held on the afternoon of June 30, right after the Central Committee announced the decisions on the merger of provinces and the personnel work of Tay Ninh province (new) in the morning of the same day. The first meeting of the People's Council of Tay Ninh province (new) is expected to be held on July 11 and 12, 2025.
