2025 International 7-a-side Football Tournament Schedule: Vietnam vs Thailand, Malaysia

Following the success of the 2025 National 7-a-side Football Championship (VPL-S6) and the friendly match VPL Dream Team - Vietnam All Stars, the 2025 International 7-a-side Football Championship has the participation of host Vietnam and 2 guests from Thailand and Malaysia.

The teams will compete in a round robin format to determine points and rankings. Accordingly, host Vietnam will meet Malaysia and Thailand on August 15 and 17, respectively, with the Thailand-Malaysia match in between on August 16.

In its third year, the tournament was raised to a regional scale, joining hands to develop the training and competition movement.

Thereby, creating a professional playground, promoting professional exchanges, contributing to effectively promoting the image of football, culture, country and people of Vietnam to the region and the world .

2025 also marks the first time a special showmatch is held when the best faces of the 7-a-side playground selected through VPL-S6 have the opportunity to compete and interact with professional football stars, national and former Vietnamese players to inspire, arouse and fuel passion, and promote an active lifestyle in the community.

The recent friendly match between VPL Dream Team and Vietnam All Stars has created a buzz with meaningful messages through football.

Previously, the 2025 National 7-a-side Football Championship, with the largest scale ever, was raised in terms of image, scale, prestige and influence.

17:00 August 15: Vietnam – Malaysia

16:00 August 16: Thailand – Malaysia

16:00 August 17: Vietnam - Thailand
